Switzerland: we ship our products within Switzerland with A-Post. 

Abroad: the delivery of the goods is carried out by the Swiss Post or by a courier. In this case, the delivery time depends on the location of the recipient.

What are the shipping costs?

Switzerland: starting from an order value of 100 CHF the shipping is free of charge. Under an order value of 100 CHF we charge: 5 CHF for packages under 2 kg. For packages around 2 kg we charge 10 CHF. For packages over 2 kg but under 5 kg we charge 12 CHF.

Europe: starting from an order value of 200 CHF the shipping is free of charge. Under an order value of 200 CHF we charge: 10 CHF for parcels under 2 kg. For packages around 2 kg we charge 23 CHF. For parcels over 2 kg but under 5 kg we charge 42 CHF. For deliveries abroad, additional taxes and customs duties may be charged at the border, which are to be borne by the customer.

United States of America (USA): starting from an order value of 200 CHF the shipping is free of charge. Under an order value of 200 CHF we charge: 25 CHF for parcels under 2 kg. For packages around 2 kg we charge 42 CHF. For parcels over 2 kg but under 5 kg we charge 57 CHF. For deliveries abroad, additional taxes and customs duties may be charged at the border, which are to be borne by the customer.
