How does the return work?
Returns are possible within 7 calendar days after receipt of the item. The return date corresponds to the day of delivery to the Swiss Post or a courier. The items must be returned in their original packaging and intact to the following address:
Way back to you, Nebelbachstrasse 10, 8008 Zürich.
Please fill in the "Return & Exchange Flyer" with the reason for return, which was supplied with the order.
Please note the following points when returning the product:
- In case of delivery (return) you bear the costs for the return shipment.
- We ask you to keep the parcel receipt.
- The goods may only have been worn once for a fitting, as in a retail store, and must be complete and intact so that a return is possible. Hygiene items (bikinis bottoms, swim shorts, etc.) we only take back if the fitting was done with underwear worn underneath.
- Returns of items will only be accepted in unworn (excluding one time fitting), unused, unwashed condition and in original packaging.
- The goods must be packed with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged during transportation.
The returned goods are checked by us for their intactness. The decision as to whether the goods can ultimately be returned or not lies solely with us. If we accept the returned items, the value of the goods will be refunded to the customer. Accepted returned items will be allowed for sale again. In the case where we decide not to accept the returned item, it will be returned to the customer. In this case, we will bear the cost of delivery.
How does an exchange work?
Due to the process, an exchange is only possible in the form of a return with subsequent new order (see above under "How does the return work"). Subsequent to the return, the customer can purchase the new item via the usual ordering process.
How do I get my money back?
- For transfers via Postfinance, the refund will be made to your postal account.
- For credit card payments, we will transfer the refund amount to your credit card.
- Upon request, we will also be happy to issue you a voucher. Please note this on the "Return & Exchange Flyer", which you have received with the delivery or can download on this page.
